Igor Gaeds
Entrepreneur and property investor
I have more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur. With GETS LIVING, I focus on buying, modernising and holding apartment buildings and residential complexes for the long term.
For suitable buildings, we may also consider dividing the property into individually owned flats and selling them separately. We assess the options based on the building’s condition and financial prospects. For joint projects, we agree the strategy with our capital partners.
Based in Solingen, I personally oversee the projects and coordinate the work on site.
Working directly with me
Owners, estate agents and capital partners deal with me directly. I respond promptly, work through questions with you and confirm our agreements in writing. I keep you informed about what happens next.
Before a joint investment, we agree who is responsible for each task and which decisions we make together. I keep personal and financial information confidential.
