GETS LIVING buys apartment buildings and residential complexes in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Germany. We modernise the buildings, rent out the flats and manage the properties.
We look after the quality of the homes and the long-term financial performance of each property.
What we do on site
We assess the building, identify the repairs it needs and decide which improvements are worth making. We then draw up a plan with a budget and timetable.
We coordinate the contractors and supervise the work on site. Once the work is complete, we continue to manage the property.
