# GETS LIVING

The published acquisition profile covers 10 or more residential units, €500,000 to €10 million, construction up to approximately 2000 and predominantly residential existing buildings. The focus is Solingen and Düsseldorf + 50 km. Larger residential complexes and portfolios are considered across NRW. New-build and developer projects are excluded.
