## Our acquisition criteria

**Apartment buildings**

Solingen, Düsseldorf + 50 kilometres

**Larger residential complexes and portfolios**

Throughout North Rhine-Westphalia

**Property size**

At least 10 residential units

**Purchase price**

€500,000 to €10 million per property or portfolio

**Year of construction**

Around 2000 or earlier

**Use**

Mainly residential, preferably with little commercial space

**Development potential**

Vacant flats, modernisation needs, overdue maintenance or scope for better property management

We do not buy new-build properties or property development projects.

Properties that need work are welcome too. We assess the building and its current financial performance, then factor the cost of repairs and improvements into our purchase decision.

For owners, estate agents and people with a property lead

## A direct contact throughout your sale

We discuss the details of your property and when you would like to sell. We explain which documents we need and what happens next.

We keep your offer and our discussions confidential. We arrange viewings with you and confirm our agreements in writing.

## Arranging finance early

We work on the purchase and financing at the same time, drawing on established contacts at several banks.

We keep you informed about what has been agreed and what we still need before making a purchase decision.

## For estate agents

We welcome regular contact with estate agents who have suitable properties to offer. We work with you to arrange viewings and coordinate communication with the owner.

We pay agreed commissions on time. You are also welcome to send us properties before they are advertised publicly.

## A referral fee for introducing a property
